Chris, Disruption and Essence.

Where science and art collide, I turn raw data into visceral experiences that challenge perception and redefine reality. My work doesn’t just depict the abstract—it forces you to feel it.

A Personal Musing

I thrive at the daring crossroads of science and art. Originally trained as a classical photographer in Innsbruck, Austria, I now push boundaries by using photography, installation, and sculpture to transform complex data sets into visceral, visual experiences. I don’t just interpret scientific principles—I reimagine them, remixing cold data into sensory encounters that strike at the core of human understanding. My work reconstructs the abstract into larger-than-life objects, making the incomprehensible not just accessible, but impossible to ignore.

My latest venture, Konkretion, exemplifies this bold artistic vision. By harnessing the power of EEG technology, I transform fleeting thoughts and raw emotions into striking three-dimensional forms. These shapes, born from precise measurement lines and reshaped by a technique of my own invention, capture the profound depths of the human experience, turning the intangible into something you can see, touch, and feel.

My daring works have claimed their place in major international corporate, private, and public collections. My ongoing exchange with the Max Planck Institute (Garching) and NASA (Washington) continually fuels my evolving artistic approach, blending cutting-edge science with audacious creativity.
